The Nut House

Claremore, Oklahoma
The Nut House is a log cabin built over 35 years ago with pecan logs from the groves. The Nut House is located east of Tulsa, Oklahoma— between Catoosa and Claremore—and is only 3 miles from the historic Route 66 landmark, The Blue Whale of Catoosa.
Delicious pecans and a great variety of other nuts are only part of the delectable fare that can be found at The Nut House. Many of the nuts are also available coated with either white, milk or dark chocolate.
Fudge, in a dozen flavors, and homemade cookies matched up with a great cup of coffee are a special treat. Spectacular barbeque sauces, rubs and seasonings, pies in a jar and wonderful jams and jellies also make great gifts. T-Shirts, caps and other Route 66 merchandise can also be purchased at the Nut House.
Special Note: In the past, the Nut House has been a seasonal business, open only from mid-October through December. But beginning in April 2007 the door will be open and The Nut House will be welcoming visitors from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
