| Eisler Bros. Store in Riverton |
Riverton is the second of three towns you'll pass through on Route 66 in Kansas (no matter which direction you're traveling!), and it's marked by the presence of the Eisler Bros. Old Riverton Store.
Eisler Bros. is not only an old-fashioned general store where you can pick up some basic supplies—it also includes an extremely well-equipped Route 66 gift shop.

Just east of the Eisler Bros. is a stone column marking the entrance to the Spring River Inn, a former country club and restaurant.
A short distance west of town is an arched bridge, commonly referred to as Rainbow Bridge, due to its shape. It was restored in 1994 as a joint effort by the Cherokee County Commission and the Kansas Historic Route 66 Association.
